TimeBridge

We often use Meeting Wizard to aide in scheduling Extension meetings. Another similar service is TimeBridge.

TimeBridge has the added feature of allowing users to share their availability and update meetings through Google Calendar or Outlook, so that when proposing a meeting, the organizer can immediately see those times that won't work.

Both services allow a meeting organizer to propose several meeting date/times for a group of attendees. Attendees then indicate their availability and a meeting time is selected and confirmed. The services don't require all users to be on a shared scheduling system or be within the same organization.

Sure beats emailing back and forth!

TO DO

I'm not much of a "to do list" guy, but I'm often asked for recommendations. Right now, I'm trying a combination of Remember the Milk, Jott, GMail, and Google Calendar. I like the ability to integrate RTM with GMail using the Firefox add-on. Jott integrates with RTM and Google calendar, and will allow me to add stuff from the phone (for free for now.)

The integration is the key, as I don't want to have to go to numerous sites to enter and retrieve info. I'm already in GMail, so let me do things from there.
